PavlovsCat 3,283 Posted July 28, 2022 I tried it on my phone three times and it didn't work. I tried it once on my PC and it worked right away. Consequently, I think there's an issue with the coding of the form. @dee I was using an Android phone when the form appeared okay, but did nothing and when I used Chrome on my Windows PC I  had no problems. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
