Cakewalk takes 3 seconds delay untill it starts to play.

My CWBL now has almost 3 to 4 seconds delay after i press play in one of my projects ( only 1) it  happened suddenly without any thing i did, except i added a new monitor screen to my system. so frustrating.

its only on this project, what could it be?

Check your metronome setting, do you have a count-in measure set?
Can't remember if that is a per project or universal setting...
