Jeremy Jensen 49 Posted September 1, 2020 I know I've seen this covered on this forum before, but I honestly can't find it with a search. How do we get to our old Cakewalk plugins, like CA-2A and Dimension Pro? I know that, if I could get into my old Cakewalk account that I'd likely be able to download them, but I tried to log into my account and it didn't work. I tried to recover my password and never received an email to do so. I recall hearing about this problem a lot early on after CbB started, but again, I can't find a solution on this forum. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

abacab 7,358 Posted September 2, 2020 Yes they have to manually recover your password at support. The automatic password recovery reset at the original Cakewalk site no longer functions, since it can't send out a response email.

John Vere 1,672 Posted September 2, 2020 Just to add you won't need to do this again if you download everything from your old Sonar Command Center and then copy and save the Command Center download folder to a back up drive. It's a good practice to have all that valuable content backed up to at least 3 safe places. The command Center folder is found Local disk C /Program Data/Cakewalk/ Downloads
