Desert Hermit 1 Posted July 25, 2020 I'm attempting to login to My Account and I get the message that an email was sent to me, but I never received the email and it's not in my SPAM folder. John Vere 367 Posted July 26, 2020 my guess is you made a typo when submitting your address. I would try again but you'll have to use a different user name to make it work. No, it's an issue with the old Cakewalk site. I had the same problem and needed support to fix it for me. Besides the old Cakewalk software like Z3ta or Rapture Pro is not free/available.
