New build has created a mess with looping songs with videos in them. The songs crash at the first attempt to loop. I tried changing the formats of the videos but it did it no matter if the videos were mp4, wmv, avi, etc. Tried lots of different songs and they all crash. If you delete the videos, they don't crash when looping but I need the videos for scrolling lyrics and guitar chords. As workaround, I'm back to the latest(?) Sonar Platinum version and it still loops when the videos are present. I have sent a few midi-dump files into CWBBL and they tell me they got the message but no response yet. Anybody else experiencing this?
OMG maybe CbB just isn't for me. I'm struggling with one thing after another. Now I dropped a one shot snare onto a track. I created a few bars worth and I bounced them all into one clip. Now I want to loop it across but every time I try to turn it into a Grooveclip, it stretches itself out of sync with my project. So I tried bouncing it while it was elongated and then Grooveclipping it but it just unchecks itself when I try to drag the edge to repeat the loop. SMH.
I want to lock a midi clip in place and automatically loop this midi clip times infinity past the end of the project. So that if I change my project length, the loop will still be current and I won't have to keep extending the clip by dragging on the right hand side. I would like this for improvising while recording, currently its a pain in the butt to create a drum loop and have to drag it endlessly when I want to write a piece of music to this drum beat(midi clip). How is this possible? Can we please have a fix if its not possible? My old Emagic Micrologic AV had an option to loop indefinitely and this software was from 1998. I am not talking about looping a measure. I am talking about looping the clip forever. \\-Kyle
