The DAW hangs every time I try to launch any of the UJAM updated plugins.  Had got them working by reinstalling them but with this update it appears to have developed the same issue again.

This update did not affect my usage of the updated products.

I only lost 2 VST3 (move them to an isolated place), one obsolete SPL DeVerb plug from PA and a reverb I don't think I've ever used (probably a freebie) called vocalreverb.

I had that error too. I think somehow my installs got borked up.

I manually deleted all my installs and started over making sure I used the app to put the downloaded installers in an isolated place in the settings. Then for every one that errored on new install (some did, some didn't) I went to the downloaded installers folder and ran it from there.

Long and convoluted and this was about a week ago. These new VD updates went without a hitch.

For the way I record drums using the Apollo ecosystem, yeah, it just might.

In Studio One it takes bouncing between the SO Console and the UAD Console quite a bit to get the levels set. LUNA   does away with the use of the independent UAD Console since it's integrated. One stop shopping and all that rot.

Since I own every UAD plugin and instrument as well as 28 Unison channels on my Apollo ecosystem, LUNA could possibly be my go to for live recording (mainly drums).

Still failing on VST scans but it seems to not be the same plug each time as best as I can tell.

That's great if I could get into the app but I can't since it keeps failing on VST scans. ? 

I have to keep restarting as it just goes away on various VSTs but it's so fast that like Simeon I can't tell what it's failing on.

Has anyone found any log files somewhere to be researched?

Is there a beta site to report issues and send feature requests to?

I restarted the computer after install. I fired up LUNA and the splash screen came up for about 5 seconds and went away. No LUNA. I set desktop shortcut to Run As Administrator. LUNA splash screen came up and now VST scan is happening veeeeery slowly for just over 20 minutes now. Hmmmmmmm.

The problem is you cannot bypass plugin scanning and there is not an indication of which plugin might be borking the startup. Also, UA help keeps telling me to remove AU plugins :^)!!!

 

Are you running as Administrator?

I have not dug in yet but can it:

1) Integrate Faderport 16
2) Integrate Console 1 mk II

For LUNA obvs.
