The problem I have with this is that the Presonus team is only so big. If they aren't adding staff for this new version, that means the current people will be working on the new product. If they are working on the new thing, they aren't working on Studio One Pro. So even if they aren't getting rid of S1 Pro.... It still suffers.

I got it piecemeal and then upgraded when the bundle was on sale.

I find there's almost never anything in the "My Updates" tab, which is odd.

I have FX Collection 3 and like it very much.

There are some free sound banks in there if you scroll around a bit.

Seems like it might be a one time thing and then just a IR. Guess we'll see.

But which of the two to get?? Hmm...

In Windows 10, I had all my programs organized in groups on the main start screen page. Now there is no organization and it looks like an iPhone. All my standalone synths were well organized, now I have to dig in the all apps menu for them. Using search works, but in my mind takes away the benefit of a visual organization scheme.

Just fix the start menu they broke.

Funny, I just updated this last night for the first time in over a year and now there's a new update. No release notes so far.

I haven't even installed the intro version yet, but I have read that it's very CPU heavy.

So there's only one Gem for $49, it's the EQ550... The rest are $79 and up.... Kind of a bummer

I'm sure it's quality, but I struggle to get excited by a gate.

Would really love to see more than the typical Guitar World Magazine type of players. Not trying to bash anyone or anything, but I feel like huge swathes of guitar players get ignored. It's like shredding is the only music...
