This one seems a bit odd to me, though I don't know the criteria.
Musical Instrument Software:Celemony - Melodyne 5.
In a way it is sort of a musical instrument software, in the way you can manipulate musical instruments, especially if you have the studio version. Sibilance tool is amazing. The leveling macro makes an incredible difference going into a compressor. The chord track is not quite there yet but still pretty cool.

Pinnacle Studio 24 Ultimate
Not crazy about Pinnacle studio, but it does come with a ton of SFX which is well worth a dollar. I uninstalled Pinnacle studio, and kept the sound effects.

I was listening to the below video of Carbon Electra's presets last night and I liked what I heard. It's not like it's hard to find stuff I want to buy from Plugin Boutique. That's certainly not a problem for me and I'm guessing I'm not alone in that in this group!
Thanks for the video. I feel like I already bought it. Tried it. And forgot I have it.

Cheers Larry! I've gotten so many great deals as well as fantastic freebies because of you! You've made this one of the most important music forums on the internet!

It's a shame, because they were almost finished with their security master class, "How Not To Get Hacked."

Clicking on the die to the right of the D wave, above the Rigid Audio logo, creates random sounds. Some are terrible, but some are really good.

Nice freebie. This guy must design plugins in his sleep!

I'm going to continue to do what I've always done. Buy a new plugin. Play with it for an hour. Forget I have it. Go back to the deals forum and see what Larry's posting. Rinse. Repeat.

If only VintageWarmer were in there ...
I'm still using the 32-bit version that I got with one of the versions of sonar that I purchased back in 2003. It still works great, but I would like the 64-bit version someday.

There have been some serious issues reported installing this plugin. YMMV:

Part of the issue is I don't want to delete them all as the words will still need s's and t's
That's the beauty of the sibilant tool. You don't delete them you just lower them to taste. You'll see it in the video. You can individually lower each sibilant blob, or you can highlight everything and just use the sibilant tool to lower them all.
Also, if the project you're working on was started in melodyne 4, the sibilant tool won't be active. Here's some info from Celemony:
Important: Old Melodyne 4 projects are opened in Melodyne 5 with Sibilant Detection turned off, so initially everything sounds exactly as before. If you want to take advantage of the new functions, check “Sibilant Handling” in the Algorithm Inspector.

Sounds great, though
You can always set it up and scream, I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore, or yell at people that are not 6 ft apart or anounce to the world that you just ate a fried bologna sandwich! The possibilities are endless.

Great find. Interesting video as well.
