  1. 360 is free and it does work without hardware. This is one of the better software deals that's been out there in the last year, methinks. Glad I already have it.
  2. Blackbox and Oberhausen are rocking my socks as freebies. I had most of the rest. Nervous and suspicious about this flocking of birds, but they drop nice feathers.
  3. In their defense, this is easily the most musical fart library ever released.
  4. MSF is so feature rich. The range of preset instruments could be more fully developed but the tools provided go so deep. What a great deal.

Pretty sure it was this guy: https://floridaman.com/
  6. Simon Stockhausen’s Alchemy 1 libraries were so good. I try to keep it alive just for those.
  7. Curious how this compares to Output Portal.
  8. Yes, Apple bought and shut them down in 2014 or so. Alchemy got bundled into Logic but disappeared for Windows users. I was heavily invested in Alchemy soundbanks etc at the time. Dropped many hundreds just before the ship sank. I really loved Alchemy, but will be damned if I ever buy a Mac again. I'm sure Ben is a great guy. The Camel folk were quite active in the audio community before Apple disappeared them.
  9. I lost a lot of faith in the soundness of my audio investments when Camel Audio went ***** up. Hate to see this stuff for the users.
  10. $79.90 here. Pretty tempting but I don't have the scratch.
  11. Good thought and I've experienced that with other software, but I had directed it to the handful of at-issue master/parent folders in Cosmos in this case. I deleted the MPC 2 software due to a symbolic link issue, so definitely know that one.
  12. Good to hear it works for you and some others. I hope I can get it sorted. Tried running it as admin to no avail. Thought maybe it was a security/access issue. Didn't experience this with Loopcloud, ADSR or VIP. I really like the clustering feature in Cosmos, so will keep my fingers crossed.
  13. Odd; that isn't the case here. It is under-reporting the number of samples in one identified master folder in excess of 100k missing files. It says I have less than 2,500 and I have in excess of 100k samples there.
  14. Is it just me or does this thing not detect the content of subfolders? If so, what a huge oversight and useless tool! It's like they have no idea how samples are commonly delivered and organized.
  15. Love MSF but am curious what crossover you are seeing between that and this CR8 business.
  16. It samples your WUP so you always have access to a faithful, reconstitutable copy.
  17. These jokers need to make Opus free already. Installation Center keeps trying to foist that download on me for no reason. I have tried Opus and it is great, but I'm not planning on any purchases in the near term, and especially of Opus as a standalone.
  18. Phase Plant is seriously good stuff, as is all of their stuff. I don't have any content banks, though. Most of them are a little out of my wheelhouse.
  19. This is back on sale at PB. Same price as BF. https://www.pluginboutique.com/products/8661-SSL-Native-FlexVerb?nosto=frontpage-nosto-1
  20. I had licenses for Labs Lite 4 and the full Labs 5. I wanted 4 because I have some Ableton Push 2 preset racks for it (essentially browsing presets as racks from the controller). A lot of people also prefer the way the controller macros were assigned in 4.
  21. If you upgrade and need help with the symbolic link thing, PM and I’ll send you a link to decent instructions. I had my main Ableton vst2 folder populated with only shortcut links to other folders and I was showing no vst2 at all after the update. Working fine now.
  22. The shortcut trick doesn't work any longer since 11.1. It will supposedly be fixed. You can create symbolic links within the single vst2 folder to your various VST2 folders using HardLinkShell, however. That does work. And back on topic, I'm demoing this RC-20 and uh-oh. I like it.
  23. Anything this brings to the table that things like MRhythimizer or Timeshaper 2 can't cover? Nice price.
  24. I did so earlier and they gave me an NFR for 4. Pleasant experience.
