On Windows Home, setting your connection to Metered will stop updates as well. Although, I don't know if that's just a delay or if it turns them off until you change the Metered option.

Hey Craig... yeah, there were some really great products launched back then. If I had the money, I would have gotten one of each of everything. I had to save up for the TX81z, JX-8P, and Emu Proteus.
