  1. I didn't think it was too long. I listened to *to see you again* that's an amazing song. I don't think I've heard it (have I?) It's more lyrical than others I've heard.
  2. Thanks for your wise ears tom. Those artifacts had something to do with ozone and a soundtoys plugin. Took me a long time to find it. Thanks again!
  3. More dippiness . https://davidsprouse.bandcamp.com/track/forever-ago-2
  4. wow, nice singer. Is that kiwi chrys?
  5. This reminds me of the stuff from postmodern jukebox and pink martini, except better. You have a wonderful musical imagination.
  6. The answer is always both, not either/or. :D:D
  7. I think you need to decipher the bible code. It helps immensely. This is one of the best christian songs I've ever heard! You should be a pro. :D:D
  8. You use repetition effectively in this piece. I'm not up on this this genre, or at least don't write in it. Did you go to University for it? brav(e)o
  9. Per usual, you hit it out of the ball park.
  10. Your voice is awesome. I'm gonna check out the original. Great production all around.
  11. I was listening to his voice... the lyrics have a nice pace...unique. the electric piano solo might need to be turned down slightly. Liked it alot!
  12. Lynn, I get better reviews here the shorter the piece. :D:D The middle section I added reminds me of dorothy in the tornado. Crows are so confusing.
  13. It's longer now. Thanks for taking the time to listen to it leadfoot!
  14. Love this John. You're using the musical space better than in some of the past songs . Horowitz intimated the magic is in the pauses, the silence is just as important as the sound.
  15. Enjoyed your song. Good luck with it. Resurrect Alan Jackson please. :D:D
  16. Mr. Funes, I used to be into instrumental music during that period. Synths were just in their infancy. Your recording is well produced . I've haven't heard the original but enjoyed this rendition.
  17. So I added a middle section, but it clips on some speakers and not others. What should I do? Also, the little tune in the middle is Segovia's estudio sin luz. (study without light, I thought it was apropos of crows) Thank you Tom and Wookie for listening and the suggestions.
  18. Hey cousin, it is one of your better satirical romps. Watch out for that big storm comin. Stay Safe.
  19. Wow, if onlya song like this COULD be a single today. *kids these days* don't know what they're missing. Good one wookie.

wow, didn't expect this! Good me(a)ssage.
  21. Dont get me started on Salinger. But if you've read nine stories...then you're way cool. He was a friend of my Grandmother's. 6 degrees...y'know. Also, if teddy died (dode?) it was a heroes death.
