  1. Waiting on a similar deal on the 10 to 11 upgrade
  2. I was browsing Linkedin Learning for my day job, and then went to look for audio related courses. And there is quite some interesting stuff there. So if you are provided with a Linkedin Learning account from your office job, it may be worth it to explore for any audio courses there.
  3. I see sales there all the time, I'm sure there will be more. Btw: any Non-Music courses there, that you guys can recommend?
  4. Now I have to check if I still got a key left. Otherwise it's to Best Service for another sixpack
  5. I don't have any waves stuff, but I see the Gold Bundle for under $99 at least a couple times a year. Why would I pay $9,99 a month for that? It's not that they are updated that often , that I it warrants yearly WUP.
  6. I also went for the two courses from Graham Cochrane. At $2 it's a steal
  7. Hmm Cubase 50% off up for next month? Missed it last year.
  8. i always loved Z3TA, especially the M3Z3um presets. They really made it from a great synth to an amazing synth for me.
  9. You're supposed to help me settle on one Synth to deep dive in and learn. Not suggest a slew of other amazing synths that I want to have! Damn you! LOL
  10. Yeah thought there were too many options. In regards to learning Synths, anyone used Synthorial, I believe it was called?
  11. Hi music creating friends, a somewhat different ask: I want to up my game in audio production. And one of the things I want to focus on is sound design. That's why I want to deep dive into one VSTi Synth. Which one should I take? Options on the table: - Absynth - FM8 - Massive - Massive X - ANA 2 - Ultra Analog VA3 - Z3TA+ 2 The kinds of sounds I would like to focus on: 70s Prog, Synthwave and Soundscapes
  12. Hi guys, I wanted to refresh my CbB knowledge and of course typed in 'Cakewalk' in the search bar at Groove 3 and barely anything came up. Tried again with 'Sonar' and of course a slew of videos popped up. Maybe the Bandlab guys could contact Groove3 to have some of the Sonar videos tagged with Cakewalk or Bandlab, so new users can find those tutorials.
  13. How does it compare to the Amplitube SVT?
  14. Who would buy this if there is the Tonal Balance bundle for about $50 more
  15. Bitwig announced their Intro version Bitwig 16 Track for $99 https://www.bitwig.com/en/16-track.html It's quite a limited version. And doesn't have apart from the track count, have many advantages to the 8-Track version that is part of some Interfaces/given away with magazines.eu I made a feature comparison file. Bitwig Comparison.xlsx
  16. Thanks, took the EZDrummer one from Eyal
  17. Hi guys, with NAMM coming up. Anything you are hoping for/looking forward to to be shown or announced? I am hoping we get a better look at EzBass
  18. On my XLN Account I got AD1 and 2 and a couple of Add Packs. I want to get rid of all the Drum VST except for the Toontrack stuff. Be more focussed in my music creation.
  19. Not as much due to GAS, but mostly because too many options have me procrastinating a lot of my time, instead of making music. I'm getting rid of some software, can I do full account sales for these: - Proppelerheads/Reason Studios - XLN - FXPansion Only just created a KVR account, so I'm waiting for the period before I can make any FS post there.
  20. How do they compare to the Strummed Acoustic libraries from NI?
  21. Got some Eyal Levi courses too. Does any of you have any experience with their Mix subscription service https://www.nailthemix.com/? Is it any good?
  22. Hi, I'm curious: with Reason 11 as a VST, (haven't used it yet), what is your preferred/the most stable App in App integration. VST, ARA, ReWire? And what kind of apps would you like to see integrated in your DAW? I for one, am still waiting for some kind of integration of GuitarPro in a DAW. This is one point where I could see a real benefit to my workflow.
  23. Best wishes for the new year! I watched some fireworks with the wife and kids. Then spent the rest of the night to get the 1 year old to sleep. Stayed up until dawn, not much partying going on though,
  24. Just a thought that crossed my mind: is there a de-amp sim? Calculating an (distorted) amped guitar sound back to a DI sound. To then create a different sound with an amp-sim.
