When a track is in a track folder, it cannot be sent to another track folder using the drop-down menu command. You must first run the Remove from Folder command. Or drag and drop. But the command would be more convenient - no need to look through the eyes of the target folder, rewind to it.
This would make work in this part faster, more convenient, more intuitive.
