In case anyone also has this issue, here is what I ended up doing. I still had all the command center downloads on my old computer. You can use those installers to install the plugins and libraries without installing the entire sonar package.

New here since the shutdown of the old cakewalk forums. Hopefully this question doesn't violate any TOS or forum etiquette.
I converted over to S1 after Gibson disbanded Cakewalk. Many of the Sonar/Cakewalk plug-ins, like Studio Instruments work in S1. Fast forward to today and I just recently purchased a new Studio computer from Studio Cat (thanks Jim!) and many of my S1 projects use Studio Instruments or Rapture Pro.
I have access to install files from Command Center and the original installation files from X2 and X3 (and probably X1. What is best way to install this content? I don't really want to install the entire Sonar program to get it.

Thanks for the welcome.
One more follow-up. Studio Instruments wanted to see an installation of Sonar and wouldn't install without it, so I am probably going to swap out all of my SI parts for things in Rapture Pro.
