Well, I checked the NI website and Native Access and the serial numbers are the same ones I already have. I don't know if there should be a SINGLE serial number for the bundle., in which case I will have to contact NI support and see if they can help, because every time I tried to register the serial number I have at the Orchestra Tools website or SINE show an error message saying that the serial number of the product I want to register is either, INVALID or is not a SINE product.

Note: I have the 4 Arks, and the reason I want to register them with SINE is so I can get Ark 5 at the cheapest price.

Guess I'm going to buy something from someone else.  I did pick up Cinematic Studio Strings on black Friday as my "big" instrument purchase for the season, but honestly I hate it.  I think this season is going to be a bit of a downer if I can't find something else interesting (and on sale).

Where exactly on the NI website did you find the BUNDLE serial number? I've been looking all over and I only see the single Native Access serials for Ark1-2 which is the bundle I have, but the Orchestra Tools' website won't take those serial numbers.

The full installer file is around 60MB, which something is very desirable in this age of massive plugin

collections. I always keep copies of my plugins and sample libraries on 2 external hard drives and it

takes long time to download the files from the developer's website, and then transferring them to

the external hard drives. Also, in the rare event when the files get lost or damage I will have to repeat

that  process again, which is something I don't want to do. That's why small file size plugins

and sample libraries perfect for me.

The bad part when buying software that you never use is to spend a lot of money for it, but this synth is very cheap and sound very good. So, I bought it last night and I like it. The best things in life are free or almost free.

Thanks for your reply Bryan IK.  The only reason why I would like to have another serial number for the Amplitube Max version is because that will give me more options if I ever decide to sell Total Studio Max 2, that way I might be able to keep the software I like the most. I also have a lot of software from another companies which I will probably sell. You know, the time comes when you have to stop collecting software that you never use. So we'll see how this turns out.

You should see AmpliTube MAX under "My Products" in your IK User Area once you register your AXE I/O.  If you don't see it there, the support team would be happy to assist you .

Pete is right about the offer still been valid. However, I have contacted IK support  already and they have not replaced the Amplitube Deluxe with the MAX version. So today I have send them another message trying to explain what is causing this confusion.

I think IK Multimedia has changed this offer, because yesterday  I registered  my AXE audio interface

and I only got Amplitube DELUXE instead of the MAX version. Also, I noticed that even the link that Larry included on his

post sends you to the ZZOUNDS website where it now shows Amplitube Deluxe and not Amplitube MAX

as part of the deal.

I got the same error message last night when I went to Eventide's website to register QUADRAVOX.  So today I tried again using the same serial# and I was able to register QUADRAVOX  successfully.  Maybe the error was caused when a lot of people tried to register their copy at the same time.
