  1. or 3x as many for the next quarter or two - because each of them want to remind us about the overlap for each offering.
  2. I have the original Softube FET (including the ProChannel version) and the MK II version. The original has a killer sound, easy to use, and is light on the CPU. The new one I think has an even better sound. Or at least it’s different and I appreciate I have both. The MK II version for me though is a big hit on the CPU. I have to freeze tracks, which is fine, if I’m using it much.
  3. knobs, knobs …. PA loves knobs
  4. this is my suggestion from the $29 list (I am using Leapwing stuff and am very pleased): Ultravox https://www.pluginboutique.com/product/2-Effects/54-Vocal-Processing/8354-UltraVox Various YouTube clips cover it.
  5. I keep reading the title as Healing Bowels.
  6. Just watched Eli Krantzberg’s Groove 3 explanation of each of the UJAM instrument types. Unlocked many mysteries. Well worth taking in if using UJAM items.
  7. If you snooze you lose! I went back to ponder it. Deal is gone already. Bummer!
  8. I've recently discovered I like Leapwing plugins. DynOne lives up to its promise.
  9. Just a thought. If you happen to have a UVI May voucher (which only works if you buy $99 or more), it is possible to combine the Kawai Vintage Legacy (still at $89 for just a bit more time) and one of the flash sale effects (at $29) and get the voucher to work. It is a chance to sweeten the pot across all three (the voucher, the Kawai Legacy, and one of those effects on steep discount).
  10. “It’s Worth Believin’”
  11. Wish I could use it on the new UVI Kawai release, but nope.
  12. When I feel like I want to “listen to something and relax” he’s my often pulled up playlist. His music and songs soothe my nerves. I’ve liked him since the 70s. Lots of groups have come and gone from my listening enjoyment. I still listen to him. He’s had staying power.
  13. I don't have enough time or funds to absorb another synth. But I admit this sounds pretty great. I can't afford to swing it and will let it go by. But I do tip my hat to a good sound.
  14. I still listen to him quite often. Soothing as listening to rain outside the window.
  15. I’ve recently discovered I appreciate Leapwing products. I’ll be checking this out. Thanks!
  16. https://www.leapwingaudio.com/product/dynone/ There are a dozen or more vids on this - all show off what it can do. Here's one:
  17. I am a steady UJAM user. The one product line I’m not as keen on is the Usynth line. It’s a different approach to getting synth sounds and I’m lukewarm on the approach. But that said in each of my recent songs I’ve been using it with sound results I really like that do add a lot of catchiness to the song sound. I can complain, but I’m glad I have it.
  18. Preferable that they made that decision!
  19. There is incredible intellectual property in the build of Unify. Unbelievable time and energy put in by both Shane and John. That doesn't make sense as they are trying so hard (and generously) to get it started from their own energy and ideas. They are not a faceless corporation. They offer their time every weekend where users can interact with them as the build and journey continues. I can't think of any other tool and sound design company that provides that kind of access and interaction with customers. The Unify platform itself is loaded with innovations that aren't available anywhere else. It's not just an empty platform to bring up instruments from others, it puts other instruments on steroids.
