I use Cakewalk Bandlab latest version as DAW.

And here are the VSTs I use mostly:

Cakewalk Dimension Pro, USB Extreme FX (for cool fx), Cakewalk Studio Instruments.

For guitar parts I use Guitar Pro with Ample Guitar.

I'm writing music by using score editor (staff view)  in Cakewalk.
