ST Stretch is outdated and there's no reason IMHA to develop a new software, which cost money, with these old tech, especially since there are now so many alternatives, and not only Kontakt or Halion

I agree with you, it seems to be more usable than I thought in fact it's probably always the case with the play serie : some good sounds among 80% of crappy ones

I haven't try it yet, but the features are really impressive for a free dnamic eq : autogain, mid side eq, collision detection of the side-chain, etc.
