Yeah, most of the USB interfaces are using USB 2.0 to meet the requirements of all the computers(whatever new or old). The speed should be enough for the 48K 24bits(Daw's setting).

Here's the big differences between the version.

If you mix the various sources in one music then the core should be engouh (to add delay and reverb time and change sound image for different distance effect)
