Here's a template I created for use with the MPK2 series controllers that allow visual pad feedback with bank switching. It also makes room for mute pad functionality and feedback by creating a custom device preset which is explained in the included text file.

Yeah, I already have Waves RVerb and a couple others. However I tend to reach for OrilRiver still. Not that serious to me but would be nice to fix in the long run.

It would be pretty useful to allow input routing to VSTi's that accept a default audio input. Currently the docs state that a VST needs more than 2 default inputs to allow audio to be routed to it (side chaining, etc...). The use case would be for samplers (ie..TX16Wx, MPC Beats) with built-in recording features. Although using the sampler plugin as a normal FX will allow for the track's audio input to be used within the plugin, this requires setting up additional MIDI routing to control the sampler as a workaround. 

When the OrilRiver VST plugin is added, the UI is rendered, yet the controls are frozen. Closing the plugin window after changing a control then reopening shows the updated position. I'm running this on a HiDPI monitor and wonder if the bug stems from there? This occurs with both the VST2 or 3 versions.
