Help please: I tried installing the latest update and received the error message: Deletefile failed; code 5 access is denied and it won't install. Installing 2020.11 works just fine. Any fixes to this problem?
Having the same problem with a small difference, it says "MoveFile failed; code 5." Which i believe is the same thing but just in case...
How many times did you have to restart?
