I'm looking for a new PC, something with legacy boot option so I can use the Windows 10 drive from my old PC and not have to re-install everything. I'd prefer to have a barebones machine but I'm willing to build my own. I'd like to spend $1000 or less. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the responses. My version is 23.3.0 Build 51. Also, when I mute a soft synth in the rack, it mutes all the associated midi tracks. Is there any way to change this?

When I solo a soft synth in track view, the same synth is soloed in the synth rack, but if I mute the same soft synth in track view it is not muted in the synth rack. Any info on this would be appreciated.

When I'm zoomed in on a clip and I move the tool to the left or right side of the clips pane, it doesn't always point in the direction that I want it to point. It would make sense to me that when the tool is on the left side of the clips pane, you always get the left to right slip edit, and the opposite would apply for the right side of the clips pane.

What if you're zoomed in and can't see either edge, is there an easy way to change the direction?

It's the icon that looks like a wrench that allows you to do slip edits.

Quick questions about the Edit Tool. What determines the left/right direction of the edit? How do I change the direction? Thanks

Melodyne is 4.2.0.020, I noticed there's a new version now. I have a lot of trouble trying to move the blobs around. I'll move a blob and the pitch doesn't change, or it won't let me move the blob.

Any alternatives to Melodyne would be appreciated. It's too glitchy for me.
