TheSteven Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 (edited) Use Bandlab Assistant to access. Fixes an issue created with last update in Mix Recall**. Looks like the What's New doc has not been (yet) updated for this release. **This assumption is based on an announcement I saw yesterday by Jesse Jost that the previous update had broken Mix Recall and that a fix would be posted today. Sidney Earl Goodroe Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 Had to jump thru several hoops to update Assistant!!!!! NOW. Having connection problems to update CbB!!!! Finally gave up after 5 tries and reboots. Will try later.

Greg Graves Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 (edited) How do you update the program? Bandlab Assistant was updated ... today. When prompted for password, it reports 'Authorization Error'. If I click 'forgot password', I log into my webpage, as if my password was somehow valid. While logged in, I can successfully change my password, but Bandlab Assistant still says "Authorization Error' with the new password. Huh? What am I missing? Bandlab assistant will NOT let me log-in, authorization error. However, if I do the Facebook login, I could actually get in and update the app. Weird. Sorry to hear that - I assume you're using the same sign-in as you use for this forum, yes? If so, your best bet (as with BandLab-based auth issues in general) is to contact support@bandlab.com
