Canopus Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 I bought Requiem Pro yesterday and got almost 60 GB of harps for free. Ouch. But the more I think about it, the more I realize there’s probably room for a lot more harp in contemporary music. Maybe time for some creative new cross-over genres, like Harp Metal, Progressive Harp, Hip Harp, EDH, R&H, or Country & Harp? 1 4
cclarry Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 I asked customer service and Jesse said that spending $98 or more gets you the Free product! So you only have to spend $98....not more than $98! 2
Mesh Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 Would love to hear some harp in my favourite genre: Polka death metal jazz 2 1

antler Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 8Dio do make some really good libraries! I might give the guitar a miss though, as I already have some acoustics from Ample Sound. Does anyone have any opinions on the All Claire bundle, Hybrid Tools Neo, or Legion Series: 66 Trombone Ensemble? I've read some reviews that say the trombone ensemble is huge sounding, but maybe a little loose because of the ensemble size; great for layering for an epic sound though. 2
ZincT Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 (edited) New deal is https://8dio.com/instrument/advanced-drum-series-bundle-for-kontakt-vst-au-aax/ (they changed it) Advanced Drum Series Zeus Kit https://8dio.com/instrument/zeus-drummer/ $98 but only the banner has this price currently! Requiem is no longer at the sale price although it said it would revert to normal price at 11.59 PST on 12th so I missed it, darn! Will have to wait and see what the All Claire deal is on 13th. Edited December 11, 2019 by ZincT Keeping up with 8DIO changes! 1
simon Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 I noticed when I visited the link on my phone (ie not logged in) it offered me a 10% code for signing up - not sure if you can add it to sales prices but worth a try ? ( I assume an incognito window in chrome will trigger it ?) 1
Matthew Sorrels Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 You can only use the 10% offer once per account, even though they keep offering it to you. 1

No, it's a bundle of 3 drum kits for 98$.

I've never found kontakt ideal for edrumming or triggering drums generally - much prefer SD3/BFD3 etc. still seems like reasonable bang for the buck though - full price looks a bit fantastical compared to known, high quality FXpansion/toontrack ones. just MO 1
ZincT Posted December 12, 2019 Author Posted December 12, 2019 The new deal is out (first post updated). You get the following free when you spend $148 or more... Vintage Keyboard Bundle https://8dio.com/instrument/studio-vintage-series-all-keyboard-bundle-for-kontakt-vst-au-aax/ The full price is $298 and it includes Vintage Hammond Organ, CP70 Electric Piano, Studio D6 Clavinet, Rhodes 54 Piano, Wurlitzer 200A taking up 78.02 GB (compressed from 188 GB). 1
Canopus Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 The fact that 8DIO now have raised the breaking point for the freebie from $99 to $148 might be an indication that tomorrow’s All Claire Bundle will be sold for $148. If so, I might be tempted. 1
