Can't get past the Bandlab login screen (Solved)

EDIT: Kept getting a Bad Gateway warning. Eventually got in after I checked notifications and allowed notifications for the Bandlab site. 

Stuck on the "onboarding" opening page. Wanted to buy a year of Sonar due to the sale, but can't even get past the page where you're supposed to pick "who inspires you". Tried on both Brave and Chrome. Deleted cookies, turned off ad blockers, etc. Nothing works.

Anyone else having issues? I see the same problems posted on Reddit, but no solution.

Basically Bandlab has terrible websites and it’s been like that since the stupid Bandlab Assistant fiasco. 
I Just tried to submit a crash dump and it tells you that the server has timed out please try again. ? 

They don’t seem to be interested in doing anything about how bad their website system is. 

I went through exactly what you described. You have to figure out how to navigate the garbage before you can get to where you want to be. It’s pretty frustrating. 

And also what sucks is having to log in at least 4 times by the time you are done. 

The good news is that I hope that is it for a whole year.

I did grab the yearly deal. Although it's been a few months since I dealt with Bandlab, it's rare that I have a problem. So, maybe this is a new thing? Once I got logged in everything was fine.

I will say that I sent a letter to their support, and it was answered inside of an hour in a professional way. 

Lets hope they get it sorted. I'm really excited about the direction Sonar is headed. Had a great couple of hours working on a template along with loading synths and recording with no issues.
