025.12 Early Access has Theme Editor, I don't see it

025.12 Early Access has the long-awaited Theme Editor, but I don't see it after the install and don't see it mentioned in the release notes web page. Jesse Yost mentioned it in the 2025.12 Early Access Available post. Maybe it won't be available until after the early access has been tested. Does anyone know anymore?

Unlike the old Theme Editor, it's not a separate program.  

You access it by clicking the Edit button in the Colors page within Preferences.

i clicked on edit, and the free tier window popped up. Can we edit the colors with the theme editor using Free Tier?

No. It has a crown and if you read what Jesse posted you will see in bold print that Membership is required. 
It’s nothing to get excited about yet but it’s a start. Still no way to brighten the background of the PRV.
