Not Activated - Sonar experienced a problem with activation. Please contact support. (300)

Hi,

I started to receive this error message on my desktop computer even after I log in successfully to bandlab. Sonar app also shows successfull login, but it does not get activated. It is working on my laptop. I also tried with offline activation, I exported the activation request on my laptop and generated the response in CPC but importing the response also results in Not Activated on my desktop.

Please help me! Anyone had similar issue? Is this because I have free licence?

Try logging out then log back in.
