Aussie Studio build after moving.

So, after moving to Australia again this year, for the last time, I have built close to my dream studio. Close, why?, because I couldn't afford to pay to do outside walls of my 115yr old house as well as everything inside. I went the whole hog on isolation and air tight, and, it worked!!. 1000% sound reduction outside room window and even more at on street etc. So, from 105db at drum kit to 65 outside the window. Means the wife can watch TV in ajoining room without turning it up :), so, she's happy. And, the room sounds great!.
