Product centre issue??

[PAL]

i recently opened product centre to see if there was any update for Sonar.

i hit the refresh icon just before product centre opened and was greeted by the screen shown

its this a bug or something else...???

If i hit "Yes" it just closes.....

 

Second time it shows a Sonar update icon???
