Make sure that you're signing into Sonar with the correct credentials that the membership is tied to, and it should work. Beyond that you can reach out to the Community Team for additional support.
Bass Guitar Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) It’s glitches. I just got the same thing. It said I wasn’t activated. Click the toaster and it went away. The whole website experience of obtaining Sonar is really badly organized. And then there’s still the confusion with the legacy site is top of any search for “Purchase Sonar”. You need to understand that you need to first search for Bandlab and even then you end up with everything but any anything about Sonar. You need to know to search for Bandlab Membership first. But you need to log in and it never works with out trying 4 times! Then you’ll need to know you need to search for the Cakewalk Product Centre. And you need to log in again and it doesn’t work the first time. Then you install Sonar and you log in again and it says you are not a member. Nice welcome. Edited 1 hour ago by Bass Guitar
