Sonar Activation

Hey my account says active and I have a member ship but the software isn’t activated for some reason how do I fix this

As far as I can tell, everything looks okay for membership on your account. Make sure that you're signing into Sonar with the correct credentials that the membership is tied to, and it should work. Beyond that you can reach out to the Community Team for additional support.
