xguitar Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago SONAR cannot connect to the internet, even after turning off the firewall. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
Chaps Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Are you using a VPN? If yes, turn it off. If no, then reboot your computer and try again. Can't hurt to try.
xguitar Posted 18 hours ago Author Posted 18 hours ago I've tried that already and it failed. What other options do we have? 我已经试过了,但失败了。我们还有其他选择吗?
Wookiee Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago @xguitar can anything else? What does the Windows event viewer say? What Anti virus or malware software are you using?
msmcleod Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago IIRC, all the Cakewalk Product Center is doing a "HEAD" request from https://www.bandlab.com - this will be on port 443. If it doesn't get a reply in 3 seconds, it will show this message. First check you can access bandlab.com in a web browser - if you can't, then check your Firewall settings, both on your router and Windows Firewall. If the browser works fine, check that Cakewalk Product Center isn't blocked in Windows Firewall. 1
