SONAR cannot connect to the internet

SONAR cannot connect to the internet, even after turning off the firewall. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Are you using a VPN? If yes, turn it off. If no, then reboot your computer and try again. Can't hurt to try.

I've tried that already and it failed. What other options do we have?
