Having spent many hundreds with them, they kinda' lost me with their shenanigans. First, the way they changed their license transfer policies to make them more convoluted and annoying, then the disrespect shown by not offering at least heavily discounted upgrade paths to the new versions of their plugins. These are not cheap plugins, so the IK logic of 'we don't really do upgrades but we're cheap enough at regular intervals for you not to care' doesn't apply.

Same, all feels like a cash grab with a new plugin every week. Still love Nebula libraries though
