Midi pedal to change selected track

Hello.

I'm using Sonar to play live, what Im currently doing is switching between tracks where I have VST instruments, using my controller keyboard (a Roland A-800). It comes with software that allows me to assign functions to its buttons, including switching between tracks.

Sometimes I have both hands full and need to change tracks immediately, so a MIDI pedal would be useful to make the change with my foot. Does anyone use MIDI pedals with Sonar? Can I use any MIDI pedal to switch between tracks?, any recomended pedals?
