midi input vst instrument Cant route midi keyboard to VST Instrument

I have a Midi keyboard connected to the Focusrite Audio/Midi Interface.
If I select Track 2 I see the midi signals when I touch the keyboard. So the MIDI Interface is setup correctly and and is working.

If I select Track 3, where I have NeoPiano which I can hear if I click the soft keyboard of the Plugin, but it If I touch the keys of my real keyboard it never reaches the Plugin.
What I'm missing?

I could solve it meanwhile, I used the wrong Output on Track 2. I had to select the VST Plugin and not the Focusrite MIDI out
