Zo Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Anybody familiar with this brand / products ? Stable ? cpu hit ? quality ? Do we have all DMX samples also (when i watched the video , when he loads the dmx kit , i only saw percussion being loaded from dmx ) thks
Wookiee Posted October 21 Posted October 21 I have V-PROM 2 works fine, doesn't appear to be particularly hard on my CPU's I have a 4 series, 7 series and a 14 series seems to work fine. Never upgraded to V-PROM 3 as a couple of other Linn clone popped up at the same time. 1
Zo Posted October 21 Author Posted October 21 And so versus the gforce for exemple , what'qs your take ? I hate the fact that on gforce you basically have to load another plugin each time you need a new drum machine !!! Here one gui for all drum machine and your own samples as well!!
Wookiee Posted October 21 Posted October 21 I like them both, they sound different. I tend to use Superior Drummer 3 most of the time, I only use these when I am wanting that more electronic sound.

Superior drummer has those sounds (or you use you samples and then load them there ?) ?
Wookiee Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Not sure SD3 has an electronic kit or if they have I have not got it. I have Arturia's SPARK, the 2 Gforce kits, Aly James and the XLN electronic kit, don't feel the need for anything else. 1
