It does not.  Someone posted on another site saying it doesn't qualify.

It's listed here: "Total Studio 5 versions are NOT eligible for the Group Buy."

why would one do this?  You would be getting duplicate licenses.

There usually are some things that are not included that have been added since the release of the bundle.  I suppose you could sell the original license and keep the bonus items, which they probably don't want you doing for $69.

Whatever you buy to get into the GB the moment you sell it you loose everything you got from the GB so it only makes sense related to other products I. Your collection you may have gotten outside a GB that you then double up on and transfer the old.

I think they need a better indicator in the portal of how many licenses you have for things and what is tied to a hardware purchase or a group buy.

I should have like 6 TONEX seats, but even the install manager looks like I can only authorize the same number of seats I would have by buying it once.

I've got a sh!t load of them as well and often wondered, I think things may change if you actually authorized/registered one of the other serial numbers, maybe perhaps?

Not an issue right now, but my "available authorizations" within IK product manager is the exact same number as when I authorized the first copy years ago.

If I ever run out of authorizations slots, I just trust that IKM will handle it.  But realistically I should be able to install this on a ridiculous number of machines as long as I personally own them and am the one using them.

But they do have separate/different serial numbers? My MAXs and Ordinary TONEXs do, so I'm pretty sure if I authorised another PC with a different serial it would have the same benifits awarded it as the first, 10 authorisations etc, completely separate from the first. I'll give it a try when my new PC's arrive, I'm sure that's how it will work.

Not in the portal they don't.  They simply don't add more serial numbers as you should have gained licenses with each purchase.
