Maybe you could post the video that you mentioned of how your install works and the collective minds here could try to assist. I'm unable to understand what the problem is, do you have a working version and are trying to install an update, or are you trying a fresh installation, or ... Personally, I wouldn't install anything on One Drive as there is always a sync delay between files that have or are being transferred to the cloud and the host computer knowing for sure that they are there. Back when I was working as a programmer, I ran into a plethora of problems that generated very similar error messages to the two messages above.
