I looked at it a few times when I was choosing the 5 bundle, but got all of their pianos instead and the upright bass.

Yeah, I've been tempted by this one and the Lo-Fi bundle, but never pulled the trigger on any UJAM products. Now that I've accumulated a lot of UJAM freebies, might be time to actually install them and see if they're useful.
Fleer
First I got Neo. Then I got Retro. Then I got Fluxx. Then I got Voodoo. Then I got Dynamo. And then I got Boost. Man, I love these Finishers.

I'd been accumulating them and only installed maybe one or two and they were mainly their effects. I got their 5 bundle loyalty offer the other day and picked up all their pianos and now I have them and everything UJAM I own (apart from the last couple of days!) installed.. Haha..

I only had a couple of freebies from UJAM (Mellow Bass, and Sparkle 2, and the original Reverb) So jumped on it. Paid £17 for 5 items . Good bargain. Got the Neo finisher, Reverb 2, Delay, Filter, Usynth Stranger. Plus the free Neo Retro.

Philip G Hunt Posted yesterday at 06:05 PM Share Posted yesterday at 06:05 PM 7 day trial. Doesn't seem worth it. From the demos, it sounds like a filter that muddies the sound (cutting the highs and lows) to make your mix sound like cassette tape etc. There are lots of Lo-fi plugins that do exactly this. Including Izotope's Lofi plugin which is free. That's my take on it.

Easily worth it for free 🙂 There's not just one preset and you have control over the parameters so you can shape the sound in quite a few ways outside of that. It's another good option for me and I have RC-20. Sometimes just messing with a plugin inspires ideas so not complaints for free. I'm not sure I would, but it also can drop the price of the bundles to upgrade down the track.
