I can’t use the free sampling library mentioned in the 25.9 update log that is intended for all users

I am a cakewalk youtuber from China, aiming to provide Chinese users with better free DAW

After the latest 2025.9 (Build032) update, I am unable to use the free sampling library mentioned in the update log. In the browser on the right, I can see the "Free" icon, but when I drag the free samples into the track, it prompts me to "get membership"

As mentioned in the feedback thread, this should be resolved in build 31.09.0.033 that was just released. Thanks!
