The Big Blue X Posted September 24 Share Posted September 24 i really wanted to try cakewalk next as an upgrade from bandlab, but i can't get the cakewalk product center downloaded because i don't have admin privileges on this laptop. is there any way around this? It's a bit difficult to give advice on this without knowing exactly what your set up looks like so I'd recommend reaching out to our support team with your system info and maybe a screenshot of the errors you are seeing. They may be able to give you some better tips specific to your system. In general though if you are getting blocked by permission errors you will need to do some finagling on the admin account. Assuming you are on Windows you'll likely have to go to your Users and Groups settings on the admin account and give the user account permissions.
