In some, the department is always really busy, and basically slave their workers, some are quite good and treat their workers right, and are able to answer quickly. You can see earlier in the thread I opened a ticket because I registered a pedal and didn't get the group buy (this was before hardware was part of the GB). I got a fairly prompt response that hardware was not included. Well, within 2 days they updated the policy to include hardware so I opened another ticket. They responded within a day on that one.
