Brian Walton
Prior to this group buy, I already had the vast majority of IKM products (in part thanks to multiple group buy ins in previous years). As a massive TONEX fan, I was glad to grab the new signature collections that I didn't have yet - even if EVH and Engl isn't my thing. But the biggest surprise for me is how much I like the Pianoverse options. Yes, they are pretty large libraries, but they seem to be recorded RAW and close mic'd so there is a lot of freedom in how to process them - and they are extremely dynamic and responsive. Easily among the best piano VSTs overall that I've tried. Edited Monday at 09:57 PM by Brian Walton
ALC
I picked up the ARC Studio for $249.99 - $75 JamPoints, as I had 70 JamPoints that were expiring. I’ll only be able to redeem the four most recent TONEX signature collections as freebies. In retrospect, I probably didn’t need to buy the Total Studio 5 MAX upgrade for $79.99 (for T-RackS 6 MAX, Pianoverse MAX, and TONEX Signature Collections Vol. 1) but I can’t complain that it was a bad deal. I have a *lot* of top-tier piano libraries (VI Labs, VSL, Garritan, Kawai Legend, Noire/Claire + oodles of others) and the Pianoverse instruments have surprised me in a really good way. I was expecting something almost Sampletank-y, but these are very, very good. They're not as refined as some of the others, and IK continue to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by misleading you on just how much drive space you need to install them, but I will get a lot of use and pleasure out of these instruments!

When they were released I didn't really even glance at them expecting more of a specialized Sampletank type of ordeal or simply not worth the drive space as the size of the collection is a bit out of hand (thankfully they can be loaded on an external SSD - otherwise I wouldn't have installed them). Honestly I never know with IKM what to expect with quality as the release MSRP pricing tends to be ostentatious and not necessarily in line with value. Therefore I was pleasantly surprised these (like TONEX) are class leading. 1 hour ago, ALC said: I picked up the ARC Studio for $249.99 - $75 JamPoints, as I had 70 JamPoints that were expiring. Did you get Master EQ with your T-Racks 6 purchase? When I get the newish T-Rack6 it was before that came out, so nice to grab that as part of the group buy here. ALC
I agree re: Pianoverse—high quality pianos at the expense of disk space and CPU. Highly recommended. If you want specific recommendations, I’d start with Y7 (Yamaha C7) in full band mix or NY or Hamburg (U.S. or German Steinway) for solo piano. But it’s nice to get them all. I have the Natural presets favorited for all the pianos, as that’s the basic preset. Edited Tuesday at 08:13 PM by ALC

I got T-RackS 6 MAX with the TS 5 MAX upgrade which has everything.

Or...something to which I should aspire? Am now focused on vocab and grammar!
