Expanding folders

Hi,

The last time I worked with SONAR was in 2017. I opened a project but all my tracks are in folders and I cant expand the folders. All the links on the web say I must click a + icon but I just see an arrow that does nothing. Please help

Which SONAR did you use then and what are you using now?
The closet I can get to that era is SONAR X3. 
You don't see the +/- on the upper left? 
You may need to ensure all the widgets are visible by selecting All.

A little more information might help. 
Are you still using Platinum? 
When you open the project do you get warning about missing audio files? 
Or are these midi instruments? 
Does the project play and produce audio?

I managed to find it. The "Track Manager" button, just above the "add track" plus icon
