Promidi Posted August 31 Posted August 31 I hate it when they refer to times by seasons... For us, Fall (or Autumn) officially starts in March 21 (ish)........ 1 1
locrian Posted August 31 Posted August 31 All the things mentioned in the video currently exist within their lineup! I think they've run out of new ideas (perhaps because they've been so successful in giving us all the tools we'll ever need). If true, then they're just going to reskin their existing tools with new GUIs, tweak the AI stuff, create additional spectrum-specific tools (e.g. a midrange tool) to go with their low-end and high-end tools. Maybe they'll even release frequency-specific tools such as the 30 Hz thump tool, the 31 Hz punch tool, the 32 Hz slam tool, etc. and argue that it's critical to focus on each frequency specifically. Then they'll hire some influencer to tell us that we've been mixing wrong all along and without these tools our mixes will suck. 4

I always thought that my mixes sucked because I don't know what I'm doing. Of course, I should probably finish a song first. 2

jayeyehaich64 Posted September 1 Posted September 1 (edited) They actually came from New Zealand I believe, we just claimed them over here on the bigger island, or 'across the ditch' as they would say. [Edit] hmmmm, thinking about it for a second, I might be thinking of Split Enz, same singer dude, Finn, Tim is it as in the House, and I think his brother, they were from New Zealand, of course the singer dude Finn (Tim?) is from New Zealand, so I don't know, confusion is setting in with these inbred bands, didn't even like them, the Enz had a couple of good songs, . . . or was that the House . . . ah Edited September 1 by jayeyehaich64 2
jayeyehaich64 Posted September 1 Posted September 1 Oh, and I can't wait for this, I'm an iZotope tragic 👍 But "Fall (or Autumn) officially starts in March 21 (ish)" is a long time to be waiting, would rather not knowing about stuff until a lot closer 😑
kitekrazy Posted September 1 Posted September 1 Hint of what's Coming this Fall from Izotope Easy answer - for the end user this thing called confusion 1
