Robin is a central part of the Mixbus development and support team; he's a regular contributor to our forum and email support; and he is a primary developer for the Ardour open-source platform. Robin focuses on research and development of technologies for free-software (FOSS) pro-audio systems, and he also publishes his own line of plugins at x42 plugins which includes virtual instruments, effects, meters and midi filters. Several of Robin's x42 plugins are bundled in Mixbus, and do not require a license. You might already be using those plugins in your mixes. Three of Robin's "commercial" plugins: x42-eq, x42-whirl, and x42-meters, may be purchased exclusively from the Harrison web store. We think they represent a great value, and they are a nice complement to the built-in features of Mixbus.
