Cakewalk Sonar Studio Instruments Error

I'm trying to install Cakewalks Sonar Studio Instruments off a fresh install which says up to date and using the web installer I'm trying to install the SI but I get the error

"Cannot locate the required version of the program on this system. Please install the correct version of the program to use this pack"
I've gone into edit > preferences >  File > VTS Settings and the path is there but manually tried readding it, scanning for it and not sure what else I can do to try. I've tried fresh "reinstall"

I had the same problem,  I believe the correct download size should be 622,515 KB and it was different.

Check that you have the latest Cakewalk Product Centre.

Same problem - using the latest version 1.0.0.096 
Very frustrating !!!!!
