I was looking at the difference between BazilleCM and  Beatzille (Beat Magazine version) and they are pretty much identical with one noticeable difference.

• Beatzille     has over 160 factory presets
• BazilleCM  has over 265 factory presets

So Beatzille users can get a bit of an upgrade by switching over or importing the CM presets.
