Help! The Backup/Restore Settings item has disappeared from the preferences?

Can someone help me, please? Every time I use Bandlab, I have to spend some time setting up preferences, for example: Record = Sound on sound, MIDI = Don't reset controllers, and a few other things. Is there no longer an option to save the settings? The Backup/Restore Settings item has disappeared from the preferences.
